The Process

How a Rose Home Happens

Six steps, one partnership. Rose Homes Luxury Builds is led by CEOs Presmil Masson & Kaneshia Williams, and every project moves along the same considered path — from the first conversation to a home in the trees.

01

Consultation

It starts with a conversation. We learn about your property, the home you imagine, and the way you want to live in it — and you learn how we work, honestly and in plain language.

02

Feasibility Review

Before design begins, we review your land: zoning and ADU rules, lot size and setbacks, utility access, trees, and construction access. See what a feasibility review covers.

03

Design

Your concept begins as a photoreal vision of a real backyard home, shaped around your property and its trees. Every Rose Home is designed and drafted in-house by Kaneshia Williams.

04

Full Blueprint Set

The approved design becomes a fully furnished blueprint set — architecture, electrical, plumbing, and structural sheets, drawn to belong to one real house.

05

Permits

The set is prepared for the Florida Building Code, including HVHZ requirements where they apply. Final construction sets are stamped by a licensed Florida engineer.

06

The Build

With approvals in hand, the vision rises — a luxury treehouse residence in your own backyard, built from the plans drawn for your land and your trees.
