What is a Rose Home?
A Rose Home is a luxury treehouse ADU — a complete backyard home, designed around your property and its trees. It is a real residence in miniature: designed and drafted in-house, and presented through the collections, lookbooks, and tours on this site.
How big are they?
Rose Homes range from 208 to 3,150 square feet. The line spans 14 collections and 91 custom home designs — from intimate studios in the canopy to full estate residences among the branches.
Can I customize a design?
Yes — customization is available. A collection design can be shaped around your property, your trees, and the way you want to live, or a custom design can begin from your own vision.
What’s included in a blueprint set?
A full set includes architecture, electrical, plumbing, and structural sheets, with furnished floor plans — every room, every plan, every detail drawn to belong to one real house. Sets are drawn by Kaneshia Williams, and final construction sets are stamped by a licensed Florida engineer.
Who leads the company?
Rose Homes Luxury Builds is a partnership led by CEOs Presmil Masson & Kaneshia Williams. Within the partnership, Kaneshia Williams is the designer and drafter behind every collection.
