Rose Homes Luxury Builds is a partnership. Presmil Masson and Kaneshia Williams lead the company together as CEOs — every collection, every client, every home carries both partners' vision.
Within the partnership, Kaneshia Williams is the designer and drafter. Each concept begins as a photoreal vision of a real backyard home, then becomes a fully furnished blueprint set with architecture, electrical, plumbing, and structural sheets.

The collections are conceived for Florida landscapes and live oaks — helical-pier platforms, expansive decks, glass bridges, elevators, waterfalls, outdoor kitchens, spa baths, and interiors finished with distinctive luxury materials.
